Kelleigh and Keith Murphy are pleased to announce the opening of Murphy's Diner, an extension of Murphy's Taproom in Manchester, NH. The diner, which is scheduled to open either Wednesday evening or Thursday morning of this week, will serve breakfast all day, as well as lunch and dinner. Hours for the first two weeks are Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 11:30am until midnight; Thursdays and Fridays from 11:30am until 4am the following morning; and Saturdays and Sundays from 6am until 4am the following morning.
Hours will expand over time to include breakfast during the week, as well as additional hours. Of the expansion, owner Keith Murphy states, "We are confident that this diner will be a welcome and exciting addition to Manchester's gas light district, in the heart of downtown."
The breakfast menu will include diner staples such as poutin, biscuits and gravy, and an extensive omelet selection, as well as specialties such as Grand Marnier French Toast and spiced pumpkin pancakes.
The diner itself is designed in art deco fashion and includes black and white checkerboard tiles on the floor and bar front, chrome accents and art deco artwork throughout the building.
